That’s why this straightforward program offers a comprehensive and professional selection of exercises, through which you will directly activate and improve circulation in the problematic area, as well as strengthen not only the larger muscle groups causing the issue, but also the muscle groups and tendons that connect to those larger muscles, enabling them to function properly. Additionally, you will learn how to stretch correctly and prevent your vertebrae and muscles from remaining tense, thereby preventing pressure on the nerves.

In addition to the exercises, the program includes 8 protective principles that will teach you:

  1. How to get out of bed correctly,

  2. How to bend over and wash your face correctly,

  3. How to properly put on socks,

  4. How to sneeze correctly,

  5. How to pick up objects from the floor correctly,

  6. How to sit down and get up from the floor without pain,

  7. How to keep your back in the correct position throughout the day,

  8. How to adopt the correct sleeping position.

Possibility of training at home

The exercises in the program can be performed in the gym, outdoors in nature, and – most conveniently – at home, without any special additional equipment. All exercises are divided into standing, sitting, kneeling, or lying positions, so you have the flexibility to decide which position to use for your exercises on any given day, depending on your daily commitments or mood.
