The exercises in the program can be performed in the gym, outdoors in nature, and – most conveniently – at home, without any special additional equipment. All exercises are divided into standing, sitting, kneeling, or lying positions, so you have the flexibility to decide which position to use for your exercises on any given day, depending on your daily commitments or mood.
