Focus of the Course

No problem is so simple that it could be solved with 10 to 20 "magical" exercises. Especially not a problem with the shoulder, which is the most mobile joint in the human body and thus one of the most complex and demanding in terms of rehabilitation and recovery. With this program, you will learn not only how to activate, stabilize, strengthen, and stretch all muscle groups of the shoulder but also the smaller muscle subgroups and tendons that connect to the larger muscles and enable them to function painlessly and perform movements normally.

Possibility of training at home

The exercises in the program can be performed in the gym, outdoors in nature, and – most conveniently – at home, without any special additional equipment. All exercises are divided into standing, sitting, kneeling, or lying positions, so you have the flexibility to decide which position to use for your exercises on any given day, depending on your daily commitments or mood.
