The purpose of this program is not to do things mechanically and by the book. On the contrary, the goal is for you to learn and feel how to adjust the exercises based on your commitments and current capabilities. You know yourself best.

This means that after each workout, you should note all the exercises that gave you a pleasant feeling (even if they weren't easy) and incorporate them into your next workout. Also, note any exercises after each workout that were not pleasant for you at all (if any), and avoid performing them. Nothing should be forced or go beyond your limits, as you know and feel your body best.
